Kickoff Meeting & Project Planning

Once the project is awarded to lnter-build, a meeting is then initiated with our client to review the contract and schedule.

Simultaneously, our project management engineering & design team is assembled to provide support and coordination throughout the various phases of the project.

Final construction documents provided by our client are reviewed and analyzed by our staff.

Technical and structural design issues are brought forward to our client, consultants and architects.

Design

In collaboration with project engineer, architect and consultants, our design team provides engineering support for our cold-formed steel pre-fabricated systems. We work with your consultants to ensure all details are carried our as per the project drawings.

Our engineering support team specialize in the design of cold-formed steel wall and composite metal deck floor systems. They can be relied on by the project engineer to design as per project loads and specifications.

Fabrication

With an indoor controlled environment, lnterbuild is able to guarantee high quality control process on manufactured CFS wall panels. Each stud track, channel and other cold formed steel components labeled in correspondence with our CFS framing program. Our team uses these precisely cut tagged members to join the different components that makes up the assembly.

Ordered materials from other vendors are also inspected at our facility to ensure it conforms to standards and tolerances.

As fabrication proceeds, we coordinate with our client all shipping and ensure that site is prepared for their erection.
